MSU ranks in the world by THE World University Rankings 2022

On September 2, 2021, The Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2022 has released the official results of 1,600 global universities from 99 countries.

The result of Mahasarakham University ranking was ranked 1201+ of world’s position and 4th national’s position. The areas that scored the best in descending order are: Industrial income (knowledge transfer), International outlook (staff, students, research), Teaching (the learning environment), Research (Volume, income and reputation) and Citations (Research Influence).

This time, the rankings analyzed more than 108 million citations from 14.4 million research papers, including survey results from more than 22,000 academics worldwide. Peking University and Tsinghua University from the People’s Republic of China are also in the top two in the world. In Thailand, the universities that ranked the 1st place or 601–800th place in the world is Mahidol University and Mae Fah Luang University.
