MSU Student of Pha Sa Silp Club organizes “Language and Culture Camp in Community”
Pha Sa Silp Club, Mahasarakham University Organization arranged “Language and Culture Camp in Community” at Ban Non Lek School, Nong Lek sub district, Kosumpisai district, Maha Sarakham province from March 3 – 4, 2023.
This project aims to support student’s learning to apply their knowledge for social service through activities such as volunteer development camps or learning through service activities. There were representatives from different faculties joining this club, including Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Faculty of Engineering, Mahasarakham Business School, Faculty of Nursing, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Law and College of Politics and Governance.
Language and Culture Camp in Community was firstly organized including the following social service activities; repairing and painting playgrounds, setting up exhibition for learning purposes, such as English vocabulary, reading and writing Thai language, counting days in Chinese Language, learning base activities; Thai language base, Chinese language base, English language base and recreation activities for relationships between students and people in the community. These activities aim to develop student’s learning and experience in various aspects, especially corresponding with the university’s philosophy and core value of student’s development (students and social assistance).
